Arzu Uygun, a graduate of the Statistics Department at the Middle East Technical University in 1995, commenced her career at Garanti Bank BBVA. She continued in managerial roles within the bank until her relocation to London in 2016.

During her 20-year career at Garanti Bank BBVA, Arzu Uygun spent 11 years as a branch manager at various branches, with her last assignment being the Istanbul YeÅŸilköy Branch.

Exclusively focusing on real estate investments throughout her career, Arzu Uygun not only possesses extensive experience in finance but also a profound knowledge of the real estate sector.

Married and the mother of two daughters, Arzu Uygun resides in London with her family.

Through her founded venture, Unique London Investment, she is driven by the vision to provide customers with a unique real estate investment experience.

ÇiÄŸdem Tan Huyugüzel
ÇiÄŸdem graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Economics, and later completed her master's education in Banking at Marmara University. She began her professional career as a financial analyst at Esbank, then held roles in various banks including Pamukbank, Oyakbank, ING Bank, and Ziraat Bank, primarily working in the areas of company analysis and credit departments.

Having spent the last 13 years in managerial positions in the banking sector, she concluded her banking career in 2018 due to her spouse's relocation to London. Her final role was as the branch manager at Ziraatbank.
​
At Unique London Investment, ÇiÄŸdem combines her past experiences with the real estate sector, contributing notably to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices and process optimization. She is married and a mother of two.
